I Had went to Have my hair color lightened by Brittany Fletcher. I knew her from a place we use to work together a few years back, so I thought I’d give her my business. Well i never used box dye and my hair was red and black she bleached the whole thing top to tip and left me under the Dryer for 50 Minutes!! She put lots of product in my hair to make it feel and seem better but I heard her talking to another employee how she purposely fried my hair and was laughing about it! She did not use foil at all and bleaching my whole head in 1 session, which I thought was suppose to be a process. Well I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO TO ANOTHER SALON AND DONT TRUST SOMEONE UNLESS THEY HAVE ENOUGH SKILL AND TO DO HAIR ,SHE HAS BEEN OUT OF COSMOTOLOGY SCHOOL FOR 2 YEARS. WARNING TO ALL DONT TRUST THIS SALON !! THANKS BRITTANY JOKES ON YOU!!!!

On 05/01/2018 I received a message from a Brittany from Expressions about a appointment I made on 04/30/2018 which my appointment was at 215 on 05/01/2018. She asked me if I needed to reschedule. When I mentioned to her I was still at work and where I work phones r not allowed unless ur on break or off work. Well she replied with a message stating since I was a no call no show to reschedule she would have to hold a deposit. Has anyone else ever heard of a business doing this? There are some jobs people can’t sit on there phones all day. I just feel its poor business. When I was only 15 minutes passed my scheduled appointment and just hadn’t had time to call. Has anyone else experienced this?

wouldnt give any stars if it was an option, made an apt went in there was women at the desk didn’t say hi it how can I help you, no customer service skills. say for ten mins as workers were there walking around not one bothered to say anything, completely rude they lack customer service wasted my time DO NOT RECOMMEND
