Pedicure was great but acrylic nails was so jacked up that I had to go to a different salon to have them fix it!!! I was so disappointed, because it cost so much and my cuticles were jacked and the my nails were jagged and crooked. And they made me bleed when taking off my old nails, poor, poor, experience. And I have had my nails done for many years by many different salons without leaving reviews. I am NOT a Karen, and I did not fuss at the salon which I should have. I went somewhere else directly after and they fixed all their mistakes. Just beware, it looks fan on the inside but the work is shady.

i went in a few weeks ago and had vickie do my acrylics, she was amazing ! but then when i went in today the lady ( a different one ) who did my nails was rude , did my nails sloppy , and up charged me way too much for fills and wouldn’t budge on the price. they weren’t busy , there was no need to be sloppy or rude. this experience wasn’t the best one w/ this salon. i recommend if you go only to get vickie she’s super nice and does my nails perfect. sadly i can’t say the same about the lady who did mine today. 🙁

Avoid coming here!!!This place was horrible. Be prepared to get scammed***. Nails came out bubbly, but they missed corners so they cracked within a day. And my hair got caught on cuticle area Pedicure was rough opened my skin and irritated for a few days. When I requested a color it looked nothing like the example. Lady was upset saying if I wanted that color I would have to do a different color. I was soppose to pay 65 with gel… but lady tried to charge me $154. When i went over the services she Said $94 they added an extra $20 for gel and other added items that were not disclosed prior. Very dissapointed on the customer service and work.

Went to get pedicure told tech I wanted my cuticles trimmed, I said that’s all, he said you want a manicure too I said no just my cuticles, he did my pedicure in about 20 minutes which is short timeframe, didn’t do much with my feet. When I went to pay they charged me 18 dollars for trimming which is the price of a manicure. I told him you didn’t do a manicure, it took you 3 minutes to do my hand. He didn’t seem to care that I was not happy. The manager came and she also said he did manicure I said no he didn’t yet she continued to say I was still going to have to pay 18. I told them it wasn’t right since I know I didn’t get a manicure.

I ducked into this shop to get a French manicure before I went to Target. The nail tech cut so far into my cuticle that I bled during the entire visit. I got gel nails so I had to tilt my fingers up under the UV light so that blood didn’t drip in the machine. It was a mess. After, I had to walk through Target with a paper towel held against it because I was still actively bleeding. Now that the bleeding has stopped, I see that he basically cut off a chunk of the top layer of cuticle skin. I hope his tools were clean because the place had a grimy look. I’m never going back and cannot recommend this shop.
