Drove over an hour just for the door to be locked , finally got an answer after calling 5+ times to be told that the assistant was in the hospital since the day before. I do understand things happen but definitely could’ve given me a heads up before I drove hours . I asked for my deposit back Friday and it’s now Monday , still have received nothing. There was a few reviews saying they have issues showing up to work , didn’t think it would happen to me but you can never be too careful ! Again I understand medical emergencies happen but it was not a last minute thing , I could’ve been told my appointment needed rescheduled but I was not and after 3 days I still haven’t received my money back .

Overall AWSOME visit! I loved the esthetics of the office , VERY bright & clean! I loved that the owner was present, her staff was very knowledgeable and more importantly my teeth really got way whiter! HIGHLY recommend the Hollywood White -very affordable in comparison to other places ! I’ll be back in 30 days for my touch up to make sure my teeth stay white !!!

I book my appointment days ago paid a $30 deposit & also called & came up to the place & No one was even here the door was locked & it said they where open Saturday 10-4pm & I cant even get a refund back

OVERALL a very pleasant experience – Karma did a great job & I’m definitely coming back! First time to have an in-office teeth whitening session ever. I was curious & skeptical at the same time, wondering if this really works as effective as a dental clinic. I would say YES! NO tingling, painful whitening anymore, unlike Zoom where your gums are sore for days. Plus you’re sitting on a massage chair for a full hour while whitening your teet w/ An option to watch a movie or listen to zen music during the process. I’m so impressed. Express White is a hidden gem along the busy Keystone Ave. Its tranquil white interior is so relaxing & the rooms smell so fresh & clean. Also, she had me try their whitening combo products for maintaining your shade. Im glad I bought it bec I absolutely love it!

THIS LADY IS NOT A LICENSED DENTIST!! nobody knows how she continues to illegally practice. She puts braces on people and has no idea what she is doing when it comes to the physics. I work at a dental office and have had several patients come in that got braces put on by her and she messed up their alignment. Do not let ANYONE except a LICENSED DENTIST put braces on you. We’ve reported this institution before and we will continue to report it.
