I had a manicure and 2 repairs done on my nails. I can’t believe she let me walk out the door looking like I did. My 11 year old could have done a better job than she did! My two repaired nails were all lumpy and bumpy and totally discolored. Lifted the next day. I was going to take a picture but I was too ashamed of myself for leaving the establishment looking that way! Bad experience and will NEVER go back!

I’ve taken my daughter to this establishment a handful of times and each time the price has always been the same for a mani/pedi. The very last time, was horrible. Before sitting down I always tell her to ask how much before they even start (shes 17). They quoted her one price and when I arrived to pick her up, they added a whole extra $25 to what they’d already quoted. When asked why the price had increased, they couldn’t explain why. She doesn’t wear fake nails or anything so it was just ridiculous that there was no explanation to justify this price. I informed them that I’d only be paying for what was originally quoted and that we would not be returning. Needless to say, they’d done a horrible job on her pedicure anyway, because the shellac was chipping within 2-3 days. Definitely not worth the headache or back and forth. And they need better customer service and how they communicate with individuals.

Unacceptable… went in there with my friend to get her existing set off and a new set of acrylics on. The nail tech took an unused tip and started digging underneath the acrylic to take them off instead of soaking them off like every other salon we’ve been to, which caused my friends nail membrane to break and bleed from underneath her nail and the nail tech tried to continue the service with my friend crying in the seat. They’re lucky we didn’t just walk out of the building with how poorly the service was. 0 stars. Do not go here.

I have been there several times and each time I’ve been there their rude, snatching my hands, burning my skin with the drill and nail file then when you ask them to fix something that they did wrong they start talking in they’re language. Like hey I’m paying you for service you’re not paying me. And my service prices change each time I go there. Not a friendly experience. They do really good work just not for the customer. I won’t be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came in as a walk-in, which I understand they have to fit you in….but if you don’t have time to do a manicure with shellac, don’t take me!!! The entire manicure lasted 10 minutes! The tech put my hand in a bowl of ice cold water and immediately pulled it out and started doing my cuticles, when she applied the shellac…she only left it under the lamp for 20 seconds each coat. Very unprofessional!!!! It’s only been 10 days and my nails are peeling and look terrible!!!
