Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst Come First Serve is how they really run this business! braids are nice, BUT I made an appointment on Tuesday, told her my style and all! and was scheduled to come at 1:00pm got there and she didn’t have the braider there! Told me to come in the morning at 8! Came at 8:00am, couldn’t get the style I wanted! She did even try to accommodate me! I live a hour away! I told her she needed to accommodate me period! Just ghetto and unprofessional! Oh and to add! First Come First Serve is how they really run this business! braids are nice, BUT I made an appointment on Tuesday, told her my style and all! and was scheduled to come at 1:00pm got there and she didn’t have the braider there! Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted knotless but there’s only one lady in there that can do knotless braids and she’s good at it too. I watched her do so while I twisted and turned from my brains being pulled out for some box braids. I appreciate the lady that helped with my braids she was sweet. Critical: QualityThey were great at getting me in on short notice and combing my very tangled natural hair. I haven’t had my hair braided a week and already it looks like it’s been up a couple months except the root area…it looks ok. $220 of my hard earned money spend for my hair to look like this. Then the killing part is we drove from Greenville only for my hair to look a mess less than a week later. They were great at getting me in on short notice and combing my very tangled natural hair. I haven’t had my hair braided a week and already it looks like it’s been up a couple months except the root area…it looks ok. $220 of my hard earned money spend for my hair to look like this.
