This place is horrible. The most unprofessional nail shop. Owners rude. Nail tech very disrespectful to their clients. Everytime I go it’s a different price. Shop dirty. Poor shop, poor technicians. This is definitely my last time. The owner never has new colors. They rung me up then told me it was $50, I said for what, he had the nerve to say unless one of my nails break I can come get it fixed. Are you all crazy. Don’t go there. Filthy. I hate when they argue in the language they speak concerning the clients. The technician argued with the owner because he scheduled my appointment with her. You walk in and they look at you like what do you want. If they don’t like you they will say they don’t have any appointments available, then you pop up and they are doing nothing. REALLY!!! I’M TOO DONE with Expose nails. Terrible Nail Shop.

The place was alright. I walked in and they took me. Currently in search for a new eyebrow lady in the Lexington park area. Eyebrows were in no mean up to par with any of the threading places I’ve been to in the past, but for the price it’s not too bad. Overall just mediocre, but if you want something done quickly this is the place to go.

Possibly the worst nail shop experience I’ve ever had. OMG, I just moved to the Lexington Park area and was looking for an affordable nail shop to maintain Dip on my finger nails. Well, I was already concerned because the owners wife (Kathy) did my nails and her hands were not at all steady. I’ve had Dip several times, but never experienced this process like she did. I watched her used Wet ‘N Wild polish for one of the final coats. hummmm. I was definitely concerned. Then after she finally finished, I literally had polish everywhere around my nails!! She smiled and said I was all done. I said you are going to clean them up, aren’t you? She said it comes off very easy, with just water. I washed my hands in the shop, and it was still there! She finally took some acetone and a cotton ball to clean us the Dip around my VERY lumpy nails. 🙁 They were not smooth at all, but I still gave her a $5 tip, because I felt sorry for her. (So I paid a total of $40) Then to my surprise 2 days later one Dipped nail broke, and 3 others were cracked. I went back to the shop on Monday night around closing to let them know of the situation. The owner was very rude but took my name and scheduled me for an appointment for Tuesday at 7:20. When I arrived, the owner looked at my nails in shock, and asked me who did my nails. I explained the lady in the back eating at the counter. He said ohhhh, and began shaking his head….and said that’s my wife. After the Dip was removed, I was moved to “porkchops” table. He advised me of why my nails cracked, and he began to “clean” my nail beds up. (Again NEVER had this problem before!) Then before he starts the Dip process, he tells me its going to be $35 and ask will I be paying with cash or card. I said excuse me? You may need to talk to the manager because my nails were messed up after only 2 days and $40! He said oh I didn’t know that, I just work here. Then Kathy who initially messed me up, came over and ask what’s wrong. I told her, then her and her husband began going back and forth in their native language. And she comes back and said my husband said only one nail was cracked. So you don’t get a full Dip again for one nail. I said it was more than one nail, and the owner removed all the Dip. Needless to say I left with NOTHING on my nails! I am so disappointed with Expose’ Nails I will never be back and I hope this review helps others stay the hell away FOREVER!! And a note to the manager, if you had an ounce of customer service, and had just redone my nails, I would have “possibly” given you another shot, but never ever will I darken your raggedy doorway again, in life!
