This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The manager was very rude and tried to blame my toes of an infection or blister but her employee actually ripped off the skin. I do not recommend and will never give them my money again! My toes should not look this way leaving a salon. The lady who did my feet also did not massage my feet or legs. There was no apology only accusations.

Loved my experience! I took my two girls to get their first manicures and pedicures and the staff were so accommodating and kind to them, we all love our nails and toenails. I almost never take time to review any business or service. But I had to come here and warn you, I’ll give 0 stars if possible, just so so POOR customer service whatsoever. There are other places in Charlottesville that will cost you the same amount of money for the same type of service, but will treat you much much better than how Amanda does. Sadly she is the most skilled person in that place, but, among the 3 or 4 ladies working there, she is also the one who has the worst attitude towards clients who come looking for her services. My daughter recently went in with a friend and I feel she was taken advantage of. Only two workers there and her nails look terrible. They are crooked, rough, didn’t have them polished by choice as that was more expensive. This is not our first time being here and had to complain then so this time I will just rate you here. Definitely out to make money…..
