We have always had an amazing experience coming here, from their customer service to their services, I only have a glowing recommendation for this shop. I’ve tried other nail salons throughout the years and always find myself comparing them to Expo Nails. What I find so special about them is that they make sure to remember their clients and are genuinely hospitable while remaining professional.I can’t speak on negative reviews I’ve seen, as everyone is bound to have different experiences but I really trust this place. The wait can be long even with an appointment sometimes, but they are still very attentive and do a great job. I recommend trying to ask for Mai if you want to do nail art. Every time myself or my sisters included, get a design, we get so many compliments! She has a great eye for the designs really cool suggestions too.Overall, I feel that it’s fair to give this nail salon a 5 star review. My sisters, mom and I have been coming to this shop for years. We have always had an amazing experience coming here, from their customer service to their services, I only have a glowing recommendation for this shop. I’ve tried other nail salons throughout the years and always find myself comparing them to Expo Nails. What I find so special about them is that they make sure to remember their clients and are genuinely hospitable while remaining professional.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI never write reviews but I am very upset at this nail salon. I booked an appointment and they had me waiting for an hour when I got there on time. The pedicure was one of the best I have ever received at a good price but she didn’t double coat and when I got home my nail was chipped already. I had powder acrylics and the lady that assisted me could not do a marble design that I asked for and cut me multiple times. She should have told me she could not do the designs. I never write reviews but I am very upset at this nail salon. I booked an appointment and they had me waiting for an hour when I got there on time.
