Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE! I am not one to write reviews about businesses, but I had such a bad experience that I felt I needed to warn others to not waste your time and money on this place. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. They are understaffed and do not have the ability to give appointment customers the attention they need. I paid full price for a pedicure that consisted of sitting with your feet in the water for 30 minutes, the owner (Lily) taking 5-10 minutes to shape my toes (and apparently unbeknownst to her, cut a couple of toes with the electric filing tool), and then another woman leaving the customer she was working on to take another 5-10 minutes to slap on some lotion and paint my toes, and then I was on my way. No one apologized for the rushed/poor/lack-of-attention service or charged me a fair price for what that poor pedicure was truly worth. I also noticed they give extraordinary attention to familiar/returning customers and go out of their way to include extra services for them free of charge. Although I am an out-of-town visiting customer, I expected the same quality of service as regulars. All customers should be treated the same. This is not the way a business should be run. WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE! I am not one to write reviews about businesses, but I had such a bad experience that I felt I needed to warn others to not waste your time and money on this place. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. They are understaffed and do not have the ability to give appointment customers the attention they need. The owner and everyone else in the facility did not acknowledge us as we entered. They never looked up, never made eye contact, no form of thank you for coming to see us, I will be with you just a moment. I certainly understand being busy, and good for them, however they lost business as we turned around and walked out after several minutes of waiting to be acknowledged. My sister and I had appointments for a Mani Pedi on Friday, July 23 at 3:30 PM. When we arrived every pedicure chair was filled every nail table is filled. The owner and everyone else in the facility did not acknowledge us as we entered. They never looked up, never made eye contact, no form of thank you for coming to see us, I will be with you just a moment.
