Found them on Google. 9 am appointment on a Monday. Opened late. Waited over 2 hours just to start. They left my locs wet so stylist could leave early. Had to go home and dry my hair correctly with blow dryer. More than one person in your hair as well. Unprofessional salon. Real clown 6itches. For $160 won’t be back.

Only issue I have is when I got my starter locs done BLACK GEL was used on my hair, I have never used that in my hair. Also, the stylist who did my starter locs made my parts in the back of my head larger than I wanted and the parts in the front of my head small (the size I wanted). Butttt because the customer service here is so great I’d still recommend them , I should have spoken up. They’re professional, clean and caring. I came today from out of state and was running late because of work and the staff that was present were very understanding and kind. And although I did not get the staff I requested because of my tardiness I still was very happy with my loc maintenance appointment and definitely left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. I definitely will be returning I think my hair has a new home

Critical: Professionalism, Quality10 months agoI went here for starter locs. The stylist that did my hair didnt know what she was doing. My hair was stiff and I had so much build up, that I spent the first week beating it all out of my hair, not to mention my parts were crooked and the “stylist” left me under the dryer to run an errand. I was charged an arm and a leg for messed up starter loc that I ended up combing out after a few months. Don’t waste your money or risk your hair going here, go to Strandz in Maplewood instead.
