Absolutely my favorite Salon and I’ve been to many. Joanne is one of the nicest people I’ve met and she is extremely talented. She is so friendly and really cares for her customers and her business, she is the type of person that remembers the details of what you talk about during your past visits and makes you feel like she has been a family friend for many years and she won’t let you leave until she is sure of your satisfaction. Joanne at Expert Salon does an excellent job. Her salon is kind of a gem in this city, located in Carrollton in a strip shopping center. I was referred to her salon by a friend. My husband and I both get our hair cut and styled there. We feel right at home when we go to get our hair done. It is always great talking to her and everything is very clean and she also uses good product. My husband has tricky hair to cut and she is the only one in town that seems to be able to do it right.
