First of all, they are NOT experts. I called a day before and made an appointment and they helped me 35 minutes later! So i ended up leaving almost 3 hours later, and thats because she started helping her next appointment before she even finished my nails, and this was not the first time it happened. Not to mention the nail polish she used on my nails was old and sticky, so it made them look ugly and clumpy. And when i told her she just kept adding more coats, so it just made my nails look thick and ugly. To top it off when i told the “owner” or “manager”, whatever he is..he didn’t give a dam! Worst place ever!

I thought this place would be good because of the good prices. Also, when I called the guy said that they wouldnt take no more than an 1 hr. However, today i had such as horrible experience. The ladies worked on my feet and since I had to get back to work. I couldnt wear those sandals they give you after. By this time its past the 1 hr. The lady said to sit there and wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting there. I checked my feet to see if they were dry and asked several other ladies if they were okay. All of them ignored me. I got up and asked for a fan. Well I waited another 15 minutes and by this time no one offered to help or check my feet. Honestly, really horrible customer services. All they want is your money and not service the client.
