Made three trips in 4 weeks that cost in total $183. First trip pedicure…made my toes bleed. Full set of nails…so thick they were embarrassing. They were also all different lengths. None of them matched. Face waxing was great! Second trip, nail thickness corrected, but the lengths continued to be random. Third trip, I was so grossed out. Nails, cuticles, and acrylic dust completely covered the table. The towel was filthy along with the brush they use to wipe the dust off your hands. Not to mention this young man had every tool and every bottle of polish he probably used today piled up across the table. Once again the face waxing was awesome. Unfortunately I will still be looking for a new nail salon.

Asked in the beginning if they had polish color that matched my powder nail color choice and she assured me they did. Now have orange nails and red polish on my pedicure. Lady only gave me one coat on my dip powder and is uneven in texture and already chipping after 2 days. Expressed concerns to manager and that he should let his nail artist know my concerns and he says I should tell them myself. Will not be back

I came into the salon with one of my pinky nails ripped from a long nail manicure I had. When I arrived Henry was very attentive. He assured me that he would be careful with my hurt pinky, and he did just that. He made sure that my opinion was heard. Even when I told him I wanted short with the acrylic he didn’t talk me out of what I wanted, which every salon in the past has done. He also was very patient and did’t rush me when I was indecisive on my color selection. I will no longer be going to any other nail salons. I will also be booking my appointments with Henry! He is a ten out of ten manicurist who will actual listen to what you the customer want’s and then he will deliver! Thank you Henry for the best manicure I’ve ever had.

This was my second visit to this salon & I am sorry to say, that the nail tech I has today didn’t do as good a job on my nails as the previous one did. My nails are different lengths. I am hoping that the problem is due to length of experience rather than “I don’t care.”.

I just moved and had not been able to find a nail place that I loved. I came in and automatically felt at ease. Costumer service was amazing and my nails are SO BEAUTIFUL. This is the first time I try the dip powder on my nails, so will post an update to see how long they last! (Kelly did my hands and David did my pedicure I am in love so far!)

Critical: QualityI have been coming here for the last 2 years and it seems like they’ve been slowly plummeting… I went in for a pedicure today (and I can say the wait times are little to none, usually less than 10 minutes) but what good is a short wait time if the process is rushed and the quality is less than poor? I told myself I wouldn’t come back after my experience last time, thinking I was being too harsh I decided to go in today and I completely regret it. The tech did not file down my nails, no cuticle oil was used and she actually cut two of my toes, I always pay extra for dead skin removal and it looks like nothing was removed. There’s paint on my cuticle lines… I mean quite honestly my one year old niece could’ve done a better job. The second my tech was done she shot up and immediately left me there, she said nothing to me. I’m not sure what’s going on at this establishment but I know I won’t be coming back and you definitely should not waste your money here. Quantity > quality at this place.
