Took my daughter to get her nails done and got gel nails 3 days ago and they are pulling up off her nails and one has chipped which you see in the picture. I was told they would last longer if we got gel polish… we were lied to and I still feel like $30 for gel nail polish is expensive! My nail tech didn’t cover my nail all the way you can still see the sides of my actual nail by a lot. Very disappointed!

Over priced and low quality! Got a dip powder set, and less than 24hrs later They were cracked reached out set up an appointment for the following day to get them fixed went to the appointment lady said she didn’t see anything wrong. she still fix them she said they need to be thicker and I told her no they were already thinking enough. she ignored me and added 2 coats of color and another of the clear coat. Then when I was about to leave she calles out “Next time Be careful.”

Positive: QualityA lot of the reviews on here are pretty old. I know that there is newer management and she does a fantastic job! She uses the best products, is very clean and professional. I am pretty picky and this is the only place I will get my nails done in the area. If you want your nails a certain length, be specific. If you don’t like the way they are doing something speak up. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWent here with my mother. We both got a pedi and dip nails. The pedi was good the dip nails not so much. I asked for pointed nails which she did but they are all bumpy she completely missed my thumb. I asked for matte finish and it came out spotted the worst set I have received since being in TX. Wish I could post a picture.

Went a week ago. Didn’t speak to me much. Asked me if I wanted my nails cut. I said yes, trimmed. She cut down the side of my big toe and pulled out a piece of nail. I’ve never had an ingrown toenail and didn’t have one that day. Now a week later, my toe is still swollen and oozing pus. I went back and they soaked it in salt water which did nothing. $57 bucks for an infection. Thanks.
