Tried twice to get my nails filled. First time, was never greeted. Sat for a while. A female came up, asked me my name and compared it to the sign in, then took someone else before me — they came in after I did! I left. Next day I tried again — walked in, wasnt greeted, and I sat for almost 30 min while the same female employee walked around, made eye contact with me, and never acknowledged my existence otherwise. No thanks, learn the basics of customer service

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon here. My maid of honor called and made an appointment for her, myself, and another one of my bridesmaids to get our nails done for my wedding. She made sure to tell them that this appointment was for my WEDDING that was happening three days after the appointment. We show up, the salon smells like chemicals which is never a good sign. There are multiple nail techs just sitting around doing nothing, yet they took us each about 20 minutes apart to do our nails. The guy that did my nails spoke all of three words to me the entire time. I’ve never had acrylics before, but I knew something was wrong when he started to put the tips on and it burned. My fingers felt like I had just put them in a fire. He assured me that that was normal though (I later consulted with another nail tech, and she told me it was absolutely NOT normal). About half way through my appointment the guy got up without saying anything, left for five minutes, and came back wreaking of cigarette smoke. Who goes to smoke in the middle of an appointment?? When he came back he started on the nail art. The last picture is what it was supposed to look like and the first two are what I got. Literally awful. He didn’t clean my cuticles or get rid of any of the dead skin around my fingers. The shapes of the nails were all over the place and he used red instead of copper for the leaf stems even though I specifically picked out copper on the color chart he showed me. I think the worst part is that I payed $80 for this, just to have to get them soaked off and done again at a different salon. My maid of honor’s nails were also awful and they switched nail techs in the middle of her appointment. She had to repaint them the next day. She also only was asked to pay $53 even though she got acrylics as well. These people are just charging whatever they want in that moment. I truly have never had such an awful experience at a salon.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nailsI had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon here. Wanted to try a dip manicure closer to home. Tried the Mentor location in the Drug Mart Plaza. Salon has a very strong chemical smell as you enter, overpowering. Manicurist did not use clean file or buffer, old dust from other manicures still on the manicure table. Manicurist did not dip my nails in the powder but instead used a brush to apply like an acrylic. 4 days in and my nails are chipping. I have had dip manicures that last 3 weeks. Will definitely not return.

Love vinni! Quick and nice place. I always call ahead for an appt so I don’t ever have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Does my nails exactly how I like (sorry for the pic with a cigarette it‘a the only one I had). Pricey but worth it. They last a month ✨

Do yourself the favor and drive to the Concord location instead. I considered leaving as soon as I walked in and I should have. I wasn’t greeted at all, other than by the multiple large signs discouraging use of credit cards for payment. That is such bad practice. It is 2022 and a lot of people don’t just carry around $200. The man who did my acrylics was very rough, impolite, and did a poor job. My cuticles are damaged and my nails are too short and too thick. They look like chicklets. The pedicure was good enough. The woman who did my pedicure was quiet, but polite and did a fine job. If not for the pedicure, I would have left 1 star instead of 2. The price tag on the services I received was outrageous though. I’ve never felt like such an inconvenience while patronizing a business before in my life. The Concord location is so tremendously different in both customer service and quality and well worth the extra few minutes in the car.

Nobody greeted me. Even the person doing my nails didn’t speak a word to me:just directed me to his chair by pointing. Not a word spoken the entire experience. Acrylic nails

Worst pedicure ever! My daughter also wanted tips on her fingernails and they wouldn’t do them while she was having a pedicure! The nail tech stood up front playing on her phone instead of making money! Does that sound right to you! Had no idea what services they actually did in this shop cause no one gave us a menu with pricing! Well we won’t be coming back to this salon!

Rude and unprofessional. Completely ignored for 40 minutes. They avoid eye contact and act like they’re annoyed by your patronage. Concord location is much better- they at least communicate with you. Acrylic nails
