I find a picture on pinterest. I really liked for my brother’s wedding next week. I wanted gel nails on my natural nails. They did not have the supplies to do the design. The lady got upset and slammed a nail brush down in the end. The result was OK, but it’s not what I wanted. Damage was done. First time having nails done. Biggest mistake yet. $45 of just regret.

This is normally where I get my nails done, they come put great regularly. Though the last time I went there was the first time I paid with my card, I only got there maybe 4 times a year when I fell like treating myself, after a couple days I go into my bank account and notice that they didn’t pull anything out of my account. I had the receipt with the total so I tried to call and never got an answer. A full week after I got my nails done the money was randomly taken from my account. Over drawing my account and leaving me with nothing. Probably won’t be coming back.

Literally the worst nail place I’ve ever been to, I told the lady I wanted coffin nails. They’re all different shapes and sizes. The thumb is very short , I even said something to the lady and she said it was supposed to be like that. I told her I wanted a design on my finger and she told me it was “to hard” to do. She also never gave me my card back, I went back and asked her if she had it. She said no so I had to cancel my card and get a new one. It hasn’t even been a week, my nails are chipped and one has already fallen off

Went and showed a picture of what i wanted. She said “ok i can do” waited for 15 mins before she actually started on my nails. The whole time she was speaking/gossiping in another language which is very rude. After working on each nail she would push my finger away with an attitude. No small talk just rude. She pulled out pink rhinestones when the picture i showed her had silver rhinestones. I showed her the picture and she quickly said “yes yes i know” i said they are silver. Then she said she ran out of silver and didn’t have enough to do my nails. She said she forgot to order the silver. I said ok. I am so disappointed in the outcome. It’s rare when i get a chance to get my nails done. And when i do i expect to get what i paid for. This place is not friendly at all. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t appreciate your business. They complain and talk about you just because you walked in.

They sat me next to my wife in a chair and both the owners new the chair was broken. I confronted them on it and they ignored me 5 times. So I just got up and walked out. The place had toenails all over the floor and doesnt look like they care what you think. I would give it a -5 for costumer service. Plus all tips need to be in cash, guessing so they dont have to report it. Thanks for nothing.

The two workers in this salon had their two small children running around all over the place. Throwing nail polish bottles and standing in chairs. I brought my grandma here to get a pedi. Worst experience ever. Not a professional atmosphere at all.

I went in for a pedicure. The lady kept trying to sell me other services which I respectfully decline. I told the lady that if I want more of the other services, I may come back next time. After having said that, the lady did not seem too happy, and service was done in rush and without care. I will never go there again. Worst service ever.
