Expert Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTerrible customer service!! I would not suggest this place at all! I was told a certain price when I started getting my nails done however the price was literally DOUBLED at the end!!What type of treatment is this?!Then the employees had the audacity to yell in my face and forcefully clipped my nails off without my consent! As the staff of the nail salon, you must ensure that your clients are comfortable and satisfied with their experience but the one I had was quite the opposite!! Terrible customer service!! I would not suggest this place at all! I was told a certain price when I started getting my nails done however the price was literally DOUBLED at the end!!What type of treatment is this?!Then the employees had the audacity to yell in my face and forcefully clipped my nails off without my consent! Awful experience. The nail lady play favorites with customers. I got there at 11:00 am and by 1:00 pm still did not have my nails done. The wait time is way too long. She skip me twice ( got there before the other customers in line) and then try to argue with me when I said that I just wanted to leave at that point . If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t go back there .

I had told the manager/owner of the place to clean my eyebrows, and she very angrily pulled on my eyebrows and starts lining them up (very badly might I add). I had told the manager/owner of the place to clean my eyebrows, and she very angrily pulled on my eyebrows and starts lining them up (very badly might I add). After I confronted her, she told me she did what I asked and then had the audacity to tell me to pay the amount but doubled. She was in a mood the whole time. They are all very unprofessional!!

A girl who was almost done with one client was asked to move onto the new client, she picked up her basket and used the same tools without cleaning with the new customer. This is one incident imagine all the people that come in.
