Very bad experience. I will not visit this place again. First she did a bad job. Each side of my eyebrow looks different even tho I have made sure to tell her to be careful. She only accept cash or zelle. I sent her 30$ on zelle and now she keeps calling me and texting me everyday claiming she hasn’t received the money. I check my bank account and it show it have been sent to her. I use zelle all the time and Never ever someone told they didn’t receive the money.

The tenting completely came off as she wiped it off so I said that I should not have to pay for it since my brows were not tinted. She agreed, took a picture of my brows and then called her manager to explain the problem and they still made me pay for the service saying that I should stay for another 20 to 25 minutes after spending 45 minutes there. The threading was nicely done but the tinting was not and I find it completely unprofessional that I still had to pay despite them not clarifying that this might not work or could be a process that takes over an hour.
