Expert Cuts

Critical: ProfessionalismWe’ve used this place before and they were always okay. Not overly friendly but good haircut for my toddler. We came here this week and when we walked in weren’t greeted, which fine isn’t a requisite. We waited 40 minutes, we took our kiddos to get donuts, came back and were called to get his hair cut. Then we’re told to get our toddler out of the seat because someone else had an appt which we understood. But then they call two more people without even looking our way. when the lady we spoke to asked someone to take us, she once again said we didn’t have an appointment. I understand people have appointments but we checked in, we waited the 40 minutes we were supposed to because we walked in, and even understood them pulling my three year old Out of the chair to get another child in. It doesn’t take but a second though to make it right, say sorry or thanks for waiting. Our toddler was so excited for his haircut and lollipop too. We’ve used this place before and they were always okay. Not overly friendly but good haircut for my toddler. We came here this week and when we walked in weren’t greeted, which fine isn’t a requisite. We waited 40 minutes, we took our kiddos to get donuts, came back and were called to get his hair cut. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have always been very picky on who does my hair. I used to use a very upscale salon in Arlington. Lindsey G has been doing my hair for years and I love her! If I’m trying a new style/color she goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I have been going to Lindsey for years and she is highly recommended. My son is 5 and she has been cutting his hair for the last 18 months. I have always been very picky on who does my hair. I used to use a very upscale salon in Arlington. Lindsey G has been doing my hair for years and I love her! If I’m trying a new style/color she goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I have been going to Lindsey for years and she is highly recommended. She even does her “princess braids” when she asks for them! I can’t say enough good things bout her. She is patient and takes the time to listen to make sure you are getting what you want. She has a great personality and one of the nicest persons you’ll know. She has such a good heart and is talented. We have been coming to see her for the past year and will not go anywhere else. First off I have to say I’m picky with my hair and have had the same person cut my children and I’s hair before she moved out of state for over 10 years. So finding someone new was mind boggling. I was referred to Lindsey by a good friend and blessed to have been. My kids (2 teen girls & even my 5yr old boy) love her. I can’t say enough good things bout her. She is patient and takes the time to listen to make sure you are getting what you want. She has a great personality and one of the nicest persons you’ll know. Friendly and professional ladies that have become like family over the years. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their hair cut without having to have an appointment.
