I walked in off the street to try a new spot out (barber was on vacation) and they looked at me like I was 10 heads. Vetting rude initial interaction then after a few minutes told me I needed a appointment. Didn’t know it was ram like the DMV. Not being treated like a 3rd world citizen to pay people for a service. Work on your customer service. Good barbers are all over that actually treat you like they appreciate your business.

Amazing experience, Elvin gave me an excellent haircut and shave, quick too. His attention to detail is impeccable and his skill with the tools of his trade are spectacular.
