Exotic Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI think I found my new favorite nail salon in town. I’m not sure the girls name who did my fill but after a not so great Full set she was able to give me the shape that I wanted. Mandy was great with helping me choose a color and design. I like that they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Also I have to say out of all the nail salons i’ve been to in the last 12 years they have the most color options you can imagine. I went home very happy and the next day I even broke a nail unfortunately but went back and they fixed it free of charge. I just got my nails done and I can’t wait for two weeks so I can go back and get something even cooler. I highly recommend this nail salon. I think I found my new favorite nail salon in town. I’m not sure the girls name who did my fill but after a not so great Full set she was able to give me the shape that I wanted. Mandy was great with helping me choose a color and design. I like that they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNever going back here. Came in for a gel manicure and waited with my hands in a bowl of water for at least 15 minutes, then had to move to another chair. When the woman started doing my cuticles, she didn’t use any cream and then cut me in my thumb pretty badly. She dabbed it with toilet paper (?!) and then finally some of that antiseptic they have. Then, I got moved again to a different person to do the polish and my thumb continued to bleed. She wasn’t wearing gloves and tried to wipe it up with her bare hands, smearing blood all over the nail and thoroughly grossing me out. When she did my manicure, she must have forgot to put the binder on because all of the gel came clean off not even 2 days later! They charged $35 for this and gave me a $10 gift card for cutting me. I appreciate the gesture but there was way too much wrong with this visit. I also want to note that the place is dirty- like I’m not sure when they cleaned last but it did not look good.Service: Gel manicuresNever going back here. Never going back here. Came in for a gel manicure and waited with my hands in a bowl of water for at least 15 minutes, then had to move to another chair.
