Terrible experience. The person who did my nails was rude, each time I would ask her a question regarding the nail prices or add-ons. She would dismiss my question and say I don’t know. She works there, shouldn’t she be able to provide answers regarding nails to customers. These are the nails I wanted they look terrible. You can see the nail tip under the acrylic, the French tip is uneven. I was told it would be 50, then 55, and finally once finished the total price was 65. I was shocked because 65 dollars for nails, that looked like they were done by a beginner nail tech. Would never go back due to the bad attitude I experienced by the nail tech.

Terrible experience, I went to get my nails done at Exotic Nails and the person who was doing my nails was Van. I explain how I wanted my nails and the design and she said she was able to do this design and I told her 3x if she can do these designs and she said yes for 65 dollars and when she started doing my nails she was being very aggressive and did hurt my fingers when filing and she left them how shown in the image and said she was done and I told her she didn’t do the flame and she said that I didn’t tell her when I told her 3x and said she’ll charged 18 dollars more and I said okay fine. I want the flame design she was very mad and was giving attitude and she did the flame terrible and wasn’t trying at that point so I decide I didn’t want them because how am I going to pay 83 dollars for terrible nails and bad service!

Made an appointment a couple days ahead, sending a picture of what I wanted and I m not disappointed! Terri did my nails and wow she is talented. She was so detailed and gave me exactly what I asked for! She didn’t rush and checked in along the way if I m satisfied with her work. The price is totally reasonable!

Exotic Nails has been my nail spot ever since I moved to Perris at the beginning of the year. We all know it’s hard to find a great nail salon when moving to a new city. I always get dip and they last me 3-4 weeks!! Helena is my girl at Exotic Nails, but all the techs do a great job! They are all very friendly and take great care of your nails! I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone living or visiting Perris!

Nails are not great looking at all. Had pedicure also. Not worth taking picture of. Maybe it was off day who knows. Can’t say will never go back. Next time going to try another place.

Had such a great experience here!!!! They were able to fit me in at 4pm last minute for a gel extension and pedicure. They were so nice and welcoming. Had tons of colors to choose from and they did the coolest design on my nails.

The lady that did my nails did a terrible job the other day. I cried all the way home after paying $60 just to have her mess up my nails. She put on 3 or 4 layers of nail polish so it was super thick and really bumpy with air bubbles and she didn’t shape my nails at all so they looked really bad in every way possible. I think I deserve my money back cause I had to go and pay someone else at a different shop to fix them and now I’ve paid over a hundred dollars to have my nails done

Amazing job by Van! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me the exact result. She took her time and paid attention to little details. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to get my nails done here. I will be returning!

Lam always does a great job. She’s careful and meticulous and always does the cuticle cleaning around the nails for a manicure which a lot of nail technicians don’t always do. Always happy when she does my nails.
