Not the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. They were really friendly and were able to get me in for a fill, my friend in for a fill, and her teen daughter in for a full set an hour before close. I would say the “eh” part of my manicure was because they were rushed but another lady walked in at 7:05 (they close at 7) and they got her in too. So, not in a rush, but not willing to take the time to paint my nails right. I wish I’d taken photos before I reshaped my nails because they were very sloppy and the lady got my skin a few times with the file so my fingers are a little tender, but I don’t have photos of that so the main focus of my review will be the lack of attention to detail. I’m still giving 3 stars because they were still pleasant and understanding enough, I just don’t love the work done on the shape and polish. (The picture of my thumb nail is to show the bubbles in the clear coat they put on, the blemish at my nail bed was from my keys.)

Kinda new to the area and looking for a nail shop I absolutely love. Don’t think this is the place. Stopped in to get my nails done, just needed a fill in. Got seated with a man. He sanded more of my fingers than he did my nails. I have burns/cuts all around my nail beds on 4 fingers on one hand and 2 fingers on the other. They hurt so bad. Then he got just as much polish on my fingers as he did on my nails. They didn’t have that great of a color selection for me to choose from either. People are saying the girl is the one you need to see there. Maybe if I go back I will try her but I don’t know. Price for a fill with shellac polish seemed a bit higher than other places on top of having my fingers all sanded down too.

These walk nail salons are so hit and miss as far as quality of service goes. The guy I got was really rough on my cuticles—he actually broke the skin there on two of my fingers. He also scraped the skin around my nails when he was filing off the old gel polish. He only used a really coarse grit file to shape my nails and they were still rough on the edges when I got home, so I had to smooth them myself. He didn’t seem at all like he liked his job, honestly, and didn’t attempt make small talk with me. While I was there another customer complained about two of her tips falling off that another technician did. I really don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews.

I used to come to this shop all the time. For some reason today the owner Eddie had an issue and a huge attitude, he cut my nails way to short and when I asked him to fix it, he said he would charge me to fix it. I said I wouldn’t pay extra for what I want, he got loud and said he would call the cops.. saying everytime I came in I have an attitude, I haven’t been at this shop in over 2 years. He was already upset about something. And did not care about what I wanted. Do not come to this shop. The utensils are old, they don’t clean their pedicure bowls nor their nail kits
