My nail salon was booked. Me and my lady friend were in desperate need of our nails and toes to be done. So we GPS this salon. The people were very friendly but the job they did sucks. They had no hot water for my pedicure. They were heating water in a coffee pot. One of my nails came off 6 days after. After waiting for 20 minutes they said our toes were dry. After returning home my toes were a mess. 145$ dollars +30$ dollar tip WASTED! Not happy with the service at all.

I love Tina she is the best she’s been looking out for me when nobody else would! She is very down-to-earth speaks very well and is not rude! She doesn’t give you funny stares when you walk in or anti-social! She aims to please and is a good cook! HER Pho soup is DELICIOUS came by super early & was treated to breakfast! she has a good heart and is a sweet person! And if anybody has a problem with her they got serious mental issues and need professional help ASAP lol

I’m giving my review at 2:09 am because I cannot sleep because my toes are in PAIN! She cut every one of my toes on each side to my cuticles, I told her “you are hurting me” she replied “you have ingrown toe nails” I replied, ” All 10?!?!” I assure you not 1 are ingrown! When she spayed my toes with alcohol I about jumped through the roof as i had open skin on the sides of each toe!!!! I get pedicures regularly for the past 20 years never have I been told that or has anyone cut my toenails from the sides all the way to my cuticles. She also used the grater aggressively so I would tense up, as it was hurting so she grabbed my feet and would give them a hard shake as if to try and get me to relax, she did this 3 times! I also noticed the bags they put in the sinks were used over and over, your suppose to change those with each new client. Praying at this point i don’t get any type of infections! As it was time to pay she picked a high price out of the air which is the most I ever paid for a pedicure. I cannot believe my experience and I hope it doesn’t take long for my toenails to grow back

I thought she did a good job when I left, so I tipped her well even tho the price was high for what I got. There were two customers ahead of me that were not happy with there work, i was going to just leave but the lady insisted she was getting to me at any moment and to stay. Even tho i had already waited a long amount of time. I havnt been there for over 3 yrs and I can tell the quality of product they use now is not good. I had 2 nails loose and one broke by the second day and I dont think she entirely even filled in what needed to be(cause for nails being loose) . The no chip paint she used was also obviously really old, it was chipping as soon as I walked out of there. Not going back.

Equipment is not clean! You can get warts and itching/infected due to the use of these unsanitary tools and conditions. I had never had a problem with a mani/pedi ever in my life, until this place. I hope no one else have a terrible experience as I’ve had.

Ive been coming here for years and though tony and Tina are great people, you better make this an All day affair because you’ll wait for 3 hours to be seen and another 2 for whatever you need done. Theyll take appointments only to completely blow it off and they dont care , youll just have to wait. If youre lucky enough to get in -they do a great job. They woukd get 10 stars for the quality but zero for good time managements

The very worst pedi I’ve ever gotten. I can say that since I worked in a salon for 20+ years. At the very beginning I told the tech not to cut away the lateral nail edge and not to file the nail surface. He did both. Aggressively. These practices promote ingrown nails and cause ridging of the nail. They do this rather than taking the time to appropriately shape and clean the nail. Normally I have zero complaints with language barriers but this miscommunication because his extent of the English language consisted of “ok” and $25″. Do not say “ok ok ok” when you can’t understand what someone is saying to you. Never again.
