I had a full set done and within 5 days every single nail came off which wasn’t my fault. I’ve had acrylic nails for years and never had them pop off like that. I went back the next day and the manager is having me pay 20$ to have a new set put on when it’s not even my fault they fell off in the first place.

The woman did a good job on my pedicure, but this place is VERY disorganized. I waited almost an hour for dip because not everyone does it. Finally, had to leave. They either need to not advertise dip, get more people to do it, or manage clients better so they aren’t waiting so long. Probably won’t be back if this is the experience every time.

this place was really dirty , and it there was employees SMOKING in the middle of doing peoples nails , and when I was waiting i looked infront of me and down the hall there was a room with a door open , and there was a big bottle of alcohol!! And then the chairs was so dirty and torn , they used old office chairs from the trash it looked like , and then the place were they put the nails too see what you would like , half of them were broken off into the basket !!! And it was terrible service and they cut my hand.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! i asked for chrome i will add pictures as to what i wanted and what i got TWO DIFFERENT TIMES!! i showed a picture to one of the lady’s who said she could do it. then as she was doing my nails she did not do them right and they looked nothing like what i wanted half of my nails had no chrome or was splotchy in areas! i came back again the same day and i was told that i had to pay an extra $5 for it to be fixed when it was not my fault it was the NAIL TECHNICIANS! i got them done for the second time and they CHIPPED as soon as i left and was told that i could not get a refund nor fix all my nails just ONE????! you guys lost a great customer!
