I have come here off and on since moving in the area but the last 2 times I’ve left unsatisfied and will never come back. The staff is kind, very kind. But I refuse to keep spending $120 or greater and my nails look like someone who just barely made it thru nail school. I tried to patronize again but this time was worst then the last. Made an appointment with Lilly and she didn’t show up. They gave me to some kid who is not licensed and had no experience. So disappointing. Would not return since poor follow through. Lilly is great but first scheduled appointment, I waited 90 minutes because she forgot about me. Second time, she wasn’t there so I used another man who forgot to massage my legs and did a poor job with my cuticles. Third time, no show. So enough is enough!!! Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them at all???

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED !! I chose this business because of a review about this salon being family friendly , I brought my daughter who always goes with me and gets a mani and pedi as well. We waited an hour before being seated, there was only two customers in the salon and only two nail techs . You would think maybe a 20 min wait. Not at all , this place is run by sloths. I waited 30 minutes to be seated , another 15 for the tech to bring me colors I did not ask for and then turned around and started working on a customer that had just walked in, I’m assuming was a regular. I ended up just leaving with not a single thing done for me or my kid.!! The establishment is not the cleanest or the most organized. Just drive by this one guys… do not waste your time.

A solid experience. It was super busy and we got in within an hour. One of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Nice, good pedicure. I would like to go back when it’s not so busy and doesn’t have that rushed feeling. If that happens I’ll revise to 5 stars!
