Went there 2 days ago. With my daughter. Pedicures were first. She was there 5 mins before I got there and mine was done 5 mins before she was. My feet still feel a little rough. Next was the manicure, it was another rush job. Didnt push my cuticles back, didnt apply the base coat and the polish is already chipping off my nails. Went directly to wax room . Then to the nail dryer. Definitely wont go back.

Said they could do what we asked for when we sat down, but then kept messing up more and more as time went on. My tech cut one nail too short on accident so he matched the others and tried to tell me that’s what I asked for. Her tech cut her at least four times and totally botched the design, also purposely not going to the cuticle so they would grow out faster. Several nails are crooked as well.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGO TO ELEVATION NAILS BY BIG LOTS IN BRIDGEPORT!!Have been taking my girlfriend here for a while now and they have been decent, not great. We had a very important dinner tonight so we decided to go get her nails done. The nails were 55, and we tipped 20 before getting in the car and realizing they did a TERRIBLE job. Went back in to a terrible employee that wouldn’t do a thing about them. We paid 75 dollars for bubbles in the paint, nails sides still white, and scratch like marks at the tips among other defects.This was a basic job and they ruined it without remotely trying to fix it. This place is trash and we will not be going back. We will find a competitor to make sure we give our money to. after reading the reviews i decided to come here to get them done. they got me in right away and told me the prices. needless to say, my cuticles were butchered. three of my cuticles were bleeding by the end of it and i was spoken to in a rude manner. the undersides of my nails were not cleaned at all after having the acrylics put on. my nails overall look good but the process of getting them done was not relaxing at all. painful. i appreciate the work but i’m going to find another place to get them done.
