My daughter and I went to this place to remove our gel nails and get a manicure and they didn’t do a good job. The nail tech tried pulling my gel nail off and my nail started bleeding. She continued trying to pull the nail off without addressing the problem. My daughters nails weren’t filed correctly either. We both left with scratches and stains all over our nails. I’m only putting one star because I had to.

The lady doing my nails had me get up from the chair to dry my nails before she could finish painting my nails. Some of my nails have one coat of polish, and some have two-three coats. Some have top coats and some don’t. I wanted to walk out mid pedicure when she had me prop my feet on her lap to finish the pedicure. It felt like I was in a third world country doing my nails. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon.

Gave this place 3 chances, more than they deserved. Would and could only trust them with pedicures. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done I have left with more cuts on my fingers and pain caused than was worth putting up with. Complete disregard for the well being of their customer, and obviously too concerned with their conversations to take their time with their nail drills not to cut us. Tired of feeling like a rush job and after all the pain and arguing about what I WANT as the PAYING customer I get (I guess) decent nails, but for too much $$. Won’t be returning to waste anymore of my money. ♀️

Worst experience. Super unhygienic…unfriendly, before cleaning pedicure bowl after each client properly , they call you to sit in the pedicure bowl , they start the water and make you soak feet..dirty towels lying around. do not clean enough or cut cuticles properly, hardly any leg massage.. Worst Manicure, use all used dirty filers, buffers, polish was very messy, I had to take it off, it looked like a small kid can do better. I came from Atlanta and nail salons there are 100 times better and hygienic and follow disinfect procedure and customer experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars!I was charged 15$ for gel removal and cutting my nails/cuticles when I was initially told that I would be charged 15$ for all of that plus a new gel coat. I went on 8/20/2021 to get hard gel removed. When I walked in I was told 10$ for removal and 15$ for removal plus new gel. I confirmed multiple times with the young girl in the front that 15$ would include removal and new gel.Right before the lady applied the new gel, the two girls talked and she told me that it would actually be 30$ for everything. I told her I do not want the new gel and will stop the service now. I was then told my total would be 15$ (not with new gel). Also, she did not even remove the entire layer of hard gel on all of my nails.She explained that she was charging 5$ for removal (which wasn’t even properly done) and 10$ for filing my nails and cutting my cuticles. I argued that I would have never agreed or let her continue after the removal if I had known the TRUE price. But, because I was MISLEAD about the real price, I let her continue after removal not knowing that it would cost me an extra 10$ for filing/cuticle cutting.As I was leaving, another customer walked in and was told 5$ for gel removal. Don’t forget, that I was told 10$ initially for removal when I walked in and later told something else.Completely ridiculous to charge me 15$ for removal and shaping, without telling me prior to the service what the true price would be. They waited until that had already done the removal and filing/cutting to tell me a whole NEW price. I now regret not arguing with them more to get a fair price. I will never come back to this place..my nails broke off so badly and they tried to put a fake nail over it and I refused before I ended up in the er…they never are consistent with prices and always trying to get you to get more services done then needed..I use to come here all the time but they lost a loyal customer. They also talked about me as I refused a service and they thought I did not understand. I will never come here again.

I came in yesterday for Gel pedicure and a simple color on my natural nails. My pedicure took approximately 7 minutes. The technician was looking all around the room while she lightly rubbed a brush on my feet and then kept trying to tell me how I should get my nails done and how I should get my eyebrows done.
