After 6 years of patronage, I’ll never return to get my nails done here. I came in, asked for a fill in, reshape (coffin shape) with a gel polish design. The nail tech was not able to re-create the design, so I settled for a simpler design, which wasn’t any better. I left a tip for her effort, and left. Shortly afterwards (about 25 minutes), I returned and made the owner aware of the error and asked for a my usual tech, Tom to reshape and repaint my nails, which he then agree to but asked me to pay an additional fee for the repair.

Clearly it states that they close at 8pm. I walked in at 7:10 asking are they still open to do a fill in. Oh we close early today, when I stated what their hours show… Oh we have to pack up etc. And there was still one girl in there getting her nails done. They are extremely rude… especially the husband. This man has been extremely rude over the years…. I barely come here, but when I do I have seen him in action. They have also become racist as well. This place and the entire mall has been on the decline. But their behavior is and has been disgusting at this place. Now I have to find another last resort salon.

I’ve been going to this establishment for 20 years on and off. Never had a bad experience! All of the nail techs are wonderful and friendly. The staff turnover rate is low which speaks alot about them.

I went after work, so I got to the shop about 5:50PM. A gentleman did my nails. I felt he did a good job. My nails look better now that they did, so I am satisfied, not overwhelmed with the service, just satisfied.

The staff here is so friendly. They are clean and have liners for the pedicure basins. My particular technician pays great attention to detail and it’s a great finish. Not good eyebrows or other esthetician services. However, great nails!
