When you come through the door, you are not greeted. I was told to pick a polish and have a seat. I waited for about 20 minutes and attempted to leave out and the lady says she can start on me now. She never started the foot bath, no cover in the tub to prevent infections! She never communicated with me at all. If I would like my nails square and rushed the whole process. Another lady was beside me that was there long before me and long after me. So more time was taken on her pedi. There was no price list and she threw a hot towel on my legs and feet before even checking to see if it was too hot!

My acrylic gel manicure chipped second day I got it. They did fix it for me,but chipped again that same day. I’ve never had that happen to me and I had to go somewhere else to fix it. That manicure is still perfect 1.5 weeks later.

Terrible service. Complete disregard for appointments and a MAJOR problem with communication! Made an appointment but I was delayed in getting there on time. I waited for an hour while other walk ins were taken before me time after time, when a nail tech became available. I asked how much longer I would have to wait, especially because I made an appointment an hour ago, and they said it would be another 30 minutes. I left immediately. I also came here one time for acrylic removal, thinking that my acrylic had been completely removed, and when I went to another salon they found that I still had a lot of acrylic left over on my nails that they just put gel polish over.

Went for a pedicure they don’t use a bowl covering and I felt really uncomfortable in the tub. She didn’t really scrub my feet all the way, toes shaped uneven. 45$ I don’t know when a pedicure became 45 dollars I thought they were 30$

Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the foot bath spa. We asked if they had a spa bath covering they did not. There was also a hair in my sisters foot bath spa. The paint was okay but they do not take time for the details or to use scrub ect. They also did ask us what type of pedicure we wanted or if there were different ones we ended up paying $45 for the pedicure and there wasn’t even scrub used.
