Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe absolute worst experience. I asked for a manicure and it consisted of my fingers in a plain water bowl. Then she barely worked on the cuticles, nail cleaning, and trimming. The whole manicure took less than 7 min. I asked for French tips and was not happy with the work. She rushed through my nails and over charged for a manicure with gel polish was 48.00 then I asked for a polish change on my toes and was asked to pay 25.00 for a polish change with gel polish and once again the work was rushed and not what I expected. I hope you have a better expert than I did. I paid over 70.00 for a rushed manicure and over priced polish change. The absolute worst experience. I asked for a manicure and it consisted of my fingers in a plain water bowl. Then she barely worked on the cuticles, nail cleaning, and trimming. The whole manicure took less than 7 min. I asked for French tips and was not happy with the work. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe have been going to Exotic Nails since they first opened their business at 5 Points in Pace. The service they provide is wonderful. But more over, the kindness and patience they had for my elderly Mother was over the top. She was on a walker and took their time to help her in and out of the salon. They never seemed to rush. We have been going to Exotic Nails since they first opened their business at 5 Points in Pace. The service they provide is wonderful. But more over, the kindness and patience they had for my elderly Mother was over the top. She was on a walker and took their time to help her in and out of the salon. They never seemed to rush. There is more to their business than just providing a service, they provide love!

Critical: QualityWent in for a pedicure and gel fill. Sat down put my feet in the water, immediately after getting my feet wet the lady took my feet out. the pedicure was maybe a total of 10 min tops. No massaging nothing. rubbed oil on my feet enough to cover them and that’s it. When cutting toe nails it hurt the whole time. I’m now left with four toe nails that are infected. My Fill was just as bad. Every nail is wavy, different lengths, cuts on my fingers and took again maybe 10 min to do them. This place doesn’t take pride in their work and not clean. Went in for a pedicure and gel fill. Sat down put my feet in the water, immediately after getting my feet wet the lady took my feet out. the pedicure was maybe a total of 10 min tops. No massaging nothing. rubbed oil on my feet enough to cover them and that’s it. When cutting toe nails it hurt the whole time. I’m now left with four toe nails that are infected. Critical: QualityThe past times I have gone here to have SnS done , it’s been rushed, not evenly shaped , last time they where too thin and the broke, it right at a week to get them redone. I ask for the same color I just had , which was black/dark dark plumb that looks Blake w sliver sparkles. I trusted the nail teach that she would pick the same color and I don’t get the same color. It was clearly a dark purple w red sparkles. Then wanted to argue about the color, so I just paid and walked out. Iv always had a good experience with getting my feet and toenails done, but for my finger nails with SnS, no. I should have read the earlier reviews more closely, as other people have had the same negative experience!!All in all I spent more time waiting for my nails to dry than the entire experience took… the least relaxing pedicure I have ever received!I ALWAYS tip my nail technician, but for the first time ever after probably 100+ pedicures in my lifetime I did not. 1st time visiting this place…The pedicure I received was very rushed. It was painful when she cut my nails/cuticles. My toes are actually red from where she dug in and cut too close. I should have read the earlier reviews more closely, as other people have had the same negative experience!!

We were rushed, the nails look absolutely horrible, uneven, sloppy, thick in spots and thin in others. My daughter is upset and says they are hurting her fingers. I said something to the lady and she didn’t even attempt to fix because a regular came in and that person was more important. Less than 30 min for 2 people to get new full sets, they look a week or more grown out. It’s just so bad, and I was still charged and now I have to pay more to get th fixed. Absolutely unacceptable. And I have pics of how they look. Don’t go here. Oh and she also double.charged me. $68 and she said she only charged me half. My daughter and I went in for full acrylic sets for the first time in a while. We were rushed, the nails look absolutely horrible, uneven, sloppy, thick in spots and thin in others. My daughter is upset and says they are hurting her fingers. I said something to the lady and she didn’t even attempt to fix because a regular came in and that person was more important.
