A bit disappointed. I’d never been here before, and was given the “spa pedicure.” The pedicure was well done, but the “spa” part? Not so much. Done in a superficial, quick manner. “Hot” stones were tepid. I’d rather just pay for a pedicure but that’s not an option on their menu of services. The spa pedicure cost $37 (without tip) and definitely was not worth it.

I have been doing my own nails for years but due to severe joint pain in my hands I can’t hold the tools, file, or paint them myself any longer. After a lot of research, I decided on Exotic Nails because my manager recommended them. Tracy was my technician and she was amazing. Though she definitely up-sold me on getting tips, I am not disappointed and the cost difference was not significant. I secretly did want extra length but was afraid to commit, but she assured me it would be worth it and I agree. She took her time with every step of the process and was so gentle and really a pleasure to talk to. She stayed late to make sure my dip powder manicure was perfect and really paid close attention to detail. With my hands being in public view at work, having manicured hands is really important to me and it really brought me down when I couldn’t do it myself anymore, but I’ve definitely found a salon and technician I will continue to go back to. Thank you so much Tracy and Exotic Nails!!!

My friends and l went Exotic Nail to have our nails done. The nail polish started to crack and peel off very next day for all three of us. I went back the day after to have them redone; however, the new polish started to crack in two days again. People working there were nice, but we won’t be going back.

Awesome pedicure experience. Awesome massage chairs, I wanted to take one home. My tech, Tracy, was very pleasant and gentle, and gave a lovely leg/foot massage and hot stone treatment. The products they use smell wonderful and left my legs silky smooth. So great to have this jewel of a salon tucked in our little town of Pepperell! Will definitely be going back!
