Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in for blonde highlights. The hairdresser was in a rush to leave for the day so she washed my hair too early. My hair did not get bleached to the correct shade. She gave me brown and orange highlights and charged me $90. While she was bleaching my hair I told her that my hair color did not match the picture but she angrily said that it did. A couple of days later I came in and asked her to fix my hair. She said she would. While fixing my hair she badmouthed me to another customer in Spanish. I understood everything she said. Very unprofessional. In the middle of fixing my hair she left the salon and went home. The other hairdresser finished my hair. My hair is still not the shade of blonde I wanted it to be.
