Exotic African Hair Braiding

Critical: QualityThe lady that did my hair could not stay off the phone texting first of all. All of my braids are uneven and she forgot to put my highlight color in. I had to go back to have her downsize a few braids because they were noticeably too big. There are small pieces of hair inside one braid (I have box braids in the back corn rows on top)but should be inside the braid next to it. She did not clip all the stray hairs off of the braids. They charged me $160 and demanded I pay up front which was fine since they do have a sign displaying their policy, however that rule does not apply to everyone. An African lady came in and got her hair braided and they didn’t ask her for payment up front and I know they didn’t know the lady by their interaction. As a matter of fact she was trusted to go to the arm and come back! This was my second time going there and both times they were a last resort but honey never ever again. They are decent and kind of cute but never! They didn’t even offer to give me a discount. The work is definitely not worth the price. I had to go back to have her downsize a few braids because they were noticeably too big. In addition to not doing the hairstyle I wanted, the lady yanked my hair the entire time, disregarding every time I said she was hurting me. I could literally hear her ripping my hair. I took my hair down after 3 days since painful, red bumps were appearing around my hairline. To top it off, the style was not even neat. Absolutely horrible. I went in for crochet braids. In addition to not doing the hairstyle I wanted, the lady yanked my hair the entire time, disregarding every time I said she was hurting me. I could literally hear her ripping my hair. I took my hair down after 3 days since painful, red bumps were appearing around my hairline. To top it off, the style was not even neat. The braids were sloppy, uneven, and did not look full.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI did not get what I came for here. I showed a picture first of all and the ending result: $170 later I asked for knotless box braids and got Pop Smoke braids about 30 of them the B!%*} time wasted. $$$wasted. Done with the lady in the middle.Service: Braids
