This is one of the most unique nail shops I have ever been to. Actually calling it that is an understatement. It is absolutely beautiful in this place. You can get cute and good drinks and I here food will be added soon. While the atmosphere is beautiful, the service was ok. I took my daughter and her friend for a treat and our actual services felt rushed and they were not busy. My aunt even spoke about her tech being aggressive. My pedicure started chipping 3 days after I got it. While the place is beautiful, perhaps more time needs to be put into training staff.

Great experience for a girls day with friends! Went ahead and made an appointment for manicure as well as pedicures .. definitely a busy and popping place to be! It was a relaxing experience and a very calm setting .. and honestly, being able to buy drinks just made it that much better! Never have I gone to a nail salon and had the opportunity to order a drink while relaxing and getting my nails taken care of. Felt like a whole new woman afterwards ☺️

Asked for full set of gel nails, instead I got colored acrylic powder, stained fingers, and uneven nails. He didn’t cross check length, didn’t use the same size nail tip for the same fingers, didn’t file the underside of my nails, and had to RIP OFF the first round of “gel” from my already sensitive nails (my previous set of gel had all fallen off the last few days) because it wouldn’t cure. He also had to have someone else do my simple design after trying it 4 times. I left with goo under my nails stuck to my fingers and nails so sharp they could be knives. I had really high hopes because of how nice the place looks in pictures and reviews, but multiple staff members walked by my guy & were like laughing and trying to avoid telling him my nails were not looking good. Yikes for the price. Probably won’t be going back. I attached my reference pic too. Wish I could’ve got a refund. 2 stars for the fancy atmosphere & quick drinks/bar staff.

Took my best friend for his birthday and has an absolutely amazing experience!! The staff were all phenomenal!!!! Both the Nail Bar and Lounge staff made us feel well cared for, beautiful, and special. I 100% recommend the Signature Rose Petal Manicure! Drinks were well made and at a great price. Will definitely be going back soon!!

I don’t normally do negative reviews but I can’t not share this one. EXO advertises itself as an upscale place for you and friends to relax, with drinks, while being pampered. The place is very nice and the drinks are reasonable price and very tasty. Unfortunately our pampering wasn’t very relaxing. My mom and I both got a basic pedicure (still cost more than your average place). Basic pedicure in our normal walk in places include a slight massage, pumice stone, and lotion. At EXO we were in and out of that massage chair in less than 10 mins. Quick clean if feet, cut toe nails, and paint. Which by the way look like a 5 year old painted. We felt rushed the whole time in the chair. This foot, that foot, this foot,that foot. My heals still feel rough and dry. Not how they should or normally feel after a basic pedi. We didn’t even have time to enjoy the massage chair or our glass of wine.
