Every time I go here, art is done! The owners are sweet and caring. Ms Kim will have the basics, and go to Neu for the intricacies. Kims husband is good for shaping your nails when he is there in Sundays. Neu is so talented and will try her best to make you a happy customer. If you’re getting the works like me ( eyebrows, nails, pedicure) expect to be here for about an hour and a half – 2 hours for a smooth service whenever I’m in CNY Upstate New York, I’ll most definitely be returning

This nail salon is the best I have ever gone to, Kim is very nice and friendly, so is her husband. They are very affordable, me and my husband went to get pedicures, it was very nice and clean there, they did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure, the design is amazing.

I was very disappointed! I had called two days prior before going on August 11,2020 to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday because that’s what she wanted. When I called I spoke with Kim the owner and she said that I didn’t need to schedule an appointment to come in normal. So I did with both my daughter’s and then one of the workers said that they don’t do kids nails there!!!! All my daughters were getting painted was their finger nails and toes nothing manger. My daughters are 5 and 4 years old and they sit well and listen and this is something they like to get done and enjoy. My poor baby was disappointed but thank God I went to miracle nails and they were amazing! I will not come back to this location ever again. Miracle nails will always have my business.

The man hat works in the back is so unprofessional, said he didn’t want to do my nails because my chair was to low . But when I told him I can put the chair higher for him he still processed to say he did NOT want to do my nail . I felt extremely discriminated . I then proceeded to ask the older lady would she do my nails she just ignored me . I had nothing but respect when I went to the salon . It’s like I was being profiled just the way I look .

I like this spot.. Only been a couple of times for a pedicure but both times I got greeted and sat down right away (happened to not be many other people when I arrived so no wait). Did a good, thorough job with scrubbing my feet, cutting nails, painting them whatever color I picked out and doing a design. I’ll be back!

Great place!!!! I moved and I TRIED 3 other places closer to me now in eastwood….. and ah needless to say I will NEVER go to any other place while I’m in Syracuse! I ALWAYS get what I want and leave happy with great nails that last me 3weeks while I work 45+ hrs a week! Thanks for being opened 7days a week Kim!
