Best massage I’ve ever gotten! I really feel a difference in my body after starting to go regularly for the past few months.

Been going to Exhale for 5+ years and it’s changed my life for the better. She helps me with back and hip pain, as well as really tight hamstrings from my desk job. She is very flexible with appointment times and a pleasure to work with. I can’t wait until my next appointment!!!

I was recently receiving news letter emails in my spam folder from this place and was wondering why. Then I remember trying to book a massage here a few years back and never got a chance to even try it. First, I went to the website and contacted the owner by email asking if there were any Saturday openings. I get a reply back saying there were Saturday openings and was asked if I was a first time client since she didn’t have my information. I replied back saying ‘yes I am.’ Then I get a response saying she interviews all of her first time clients over the phone before booking their first session. Ummm ok? I’ve booked numerous massages from different locations, all from different therapist in New Jersey, Massachusetts, California, Vegas, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. I’ve never had a therapist say they needed to interview me over the phone because I was a first time client. I’m not applying for a job! If a therapist wanted to ‘interview’ you, they’ll usually have you fill out a patient form just to get some information about yourself (i.e: home address, phone number, email, emergency contact, etc), what your job is/a description of what you do at work, maybe what your hobbies are and most importantly, any frequent discomfort and pain you have. This happens IN PERSON…AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT!
