Exhale was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. Jared and Carrie make you feel so welcome upon arrival. We engaged in great conversation as soon as I walked in and when filling out paperwork then transitioned into what the massage would look like. I had a 2 hour massage on the docket. Carrie is great for all levels and will assist you in determining your exact level of care. I carry my stress in my traps and she worked everything out- you do not realize what you are carrying around until you work it all out! What separates Exhale is the customer care and maintenance post massage. Told to drink tons of water, rest, and epsom salt if needed. All 3 things completed the healing process for my muscles. Great experience, will be back!
