I loved my pre Mother’s Day at the spa first time at Exhale but it want be my last. The staff was friendly welcoming and professional and I loved it.The three lady’s that performed my services did an excellent job.My massage was so relaxing and my feet as smooth as a baby’s bottom.The building was clean and the appointments were organized.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismBooked an appointment. Received an email confirmation with a link for directions. This link took me to an address on Smith Avenue. Wrong address-apparently they have moved yet didn’t update the email they sent me?. So, I googled their website in the car (mind you I am now late for the appointment) and find the address on the website listed as Broad Street downtown in the business exchange. So, I drive there. Find parking. Now very late. No business listed and I have to walk back to my car where it is parked. At this point, I am feeling the place must be pretty sketch is it is this quite unprofessional-both addresses are wrong! And, I’m very late and pressed for time. And super annoyed.
