Beautiful facility. The yoga sculpt is very challenging but not overwhelming. The instructor gives good directions, demonstrates, & the flow isn’t fast (just right, to be honest). Highly recommend exhale if you are looking for something “low key” & peaceful

Due to Corona I was not able to use up my package of purchased classes from a bit more than a year ago. I was just told by an extremely rude employee , today , Sunday , January 8th at 11:54am at the Central Park South Studio that ; Direct Quote; “ 9 of my pre paid classes were expired by 4 months and new management would not honor them ,- hence my money is lost for good” This employee also alluded to the fact that the new management “would fire her “if she honored my pre paid classes,- and that Quote; “ She surely would never risk losing her job over my request to honor my prepaid classes”.

OUTSTANDING spa and barre classes!! The people at the Customer service/ reception desk is concierge at its Best.!! Women like CHARISSA, the GM there and go out of their way to treat everyone as VIP’s!! The instructors and facility are top notch too! Highly recommend EXHALE to everyone who wants a premiere experience:)

Had a massage at Exhale CPS yesterday and my experience was very good with the exception of two things. First of all, the spa is beautiful. I was greeted very nicely, the young lady at the front desk explained everything to me, showed me where things were, etc. I was given a robe and slippers and headed to change in the locker room. Once done with that, I head to the Zen room which was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Until three young ladies went in there and could not stay quiet. Even their “whispers” were loud enough to be distracting and very annoying. I was very close to saying something to them but I did not, just because I didn’t want to ruin my experience. So I blocked them out as much as I could. There should be signage outside the door specifying that loud talking in that room is not allowed, etc. It just ruins the experience. When my massage therapist came and got me I was ready because I couldn’t take these young ladies anymore. I got a Fusion massage for 90 minutes and it was heavenly. The therapist was very good. The only thing that I have to say was negative and it lies on the spa is that the headrest used to rest your head on when turning on your stomach should really have some kind of tissue paper or something covering it. When my massage ended and I opened my eyes they were extremely irritated and felt very gritty. I think the cushion perhaps had some residual oils and it ended up in my eyes as I rested my head on it. For the rest of the evening my eyes were very irritated, they burned, were very watery and I could barely see. This morning they feel slightly better but they are still somewhat irritated. Other than that, I did enjoy the experience.

Tia, the message therapist was great. She listened to my needs and was very accommodating. I’m giving it 3 stars because the facilities are subpar for what they charge for services. The sauna wasn’t working, it was not super tidy and the massage bed was mildly uncomfortable.
