When making the appointment I wasn’t ‘sure’ of a man just because no human touch for so long. Darin was VERY professional! the massage was AMAZING!!! he found where I ‘carry my grief’ and got the knots out. Also treated myself to a facial Vanessa was great. Skin looks amazing. I became a widow 28 months ago. So no longer have anyone to work out the kinks from a desk job. When making the appointment I wasn’t ‘sure’ of a man just because no human touch for so long. Darin was VERY professional! the massage was AMAZING!!! he found where I ‘carry my grief’ and got the knots out. Also treated myself to a facial Vanessa was great. Skin looks amazing. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo many cancellations in a short time frame. I had the pamper plus package, I scheduled in advance, I was supposed to get done on my birthday. They told me the guy I requested for my massage was incredibly sick from covid the day before the appointment, so I ended up getting put on with another woman. Then 10 minutes before my appointment the esthetician called to cancel cause her daughter is sick. I know they can’t help the situations they’re in, I understand that completely, but it was really disheartening. I was able to get my facial and wax at another place in a short amount of time. I only got the massage and sauna. It was alright really rough on my neck even when I told her I was sensitive there. She was sweet though. I got $30 off from Bonnie that was helpful. I wish I experienced everything every one else did here. I’m not mad just pretty sad about it all.Update: I appreciate your apology. You guys stay safe! Get well soon.Update: A friend brought me here without telling me lol, cause of my last experience,this is her go to place, I had Darin it was a great experience, everyone was really nice and professional, I felt welcomed, I look forward to coming here again and trying out their spa packages again. So many cancellations in a short time frame. I had the pamper plus package, I scheduled in advance, I was supposed to get done on my birthday. They told me the guy I requested for my massage was incredibly sick from covid the day before the appointment, so I ended up getting put on with another woman.
