I’m not sure if the lady who did my nails was rushing or what, but it’s only been 2 days and my nails are already breaking. Not to mention, I paid over $60 for a new full set because I got chrome (which was a wild extra $20), so there’s no way in the opposite of heaven my nails should already be breaking like this. This is ridiculous and at this point, I would like a partial refund because my nails should not be in this shape. I don’t even be rough or doing anything strenuous and they break or crack on the side.

I’ve come here multiple times (mostly pedicures) and love how they turn out each time. They have very many colors to choose from. I usually get a regular pedicure and ask for a Vietnamese iced coffee for my drink. $32 for regular pedicure + tip

I am not happy. I have only had my nails done with dip powder for a week. Out of 10 nails 4 of them are cracking and chipping. If I was doing manual labor I might say this caused the chipping however doing dishes and typing should not cause my nails to crack and chip. And they are not willing to refund my money.

Although I appreciate the fast service (initially coming to me when I arrived), I don’t appreciate the staff talking about me and the time it took me to pick my colors. I asked for time and they kept trying to force me to pick colors I didn’t want to so they could get me in and out quickly… Then I had to wait for my nails to get done since I didn’t want my toes done at the same time. I almost left multiple times. If it wasn’t for my nail technician I would’ve. The only good things were the drinks and eventually my nail technician that came after I was about to go pay for my toes and leave. The nails weren’t what I wanted but I’m not going to complain because she was nice and patient. They don’t look bad just not what I wanted. Also, I kept having to ring for a drink until I finally got up and got their attention. Not sure I’m coming back. This wasn’t a great first experience at all. I was already a little irritated going in and this was supposed to make me feel better so of course this only amplified my bad mood…
