Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this place 3 times. The first 2 times the lady took care of my son’s hair. The first time she did an amazing job, therefore we returned.The second time it was not well done. We were disappointed but still we went back to the place one last time.This last time it was a guy cutting my son’s hair. I paid $35 for my son’s short hair cut. My son now is crying (literally crying!!!) because tomorrow he needs to go to school and he HATED his hair cut. It’s all messed up to be quite honest.We were clear about the style we wanted. We showed the guy pictures, he kept cutting the hair until there were almost no more hair left on the top of my son’s hair. I was like WTH is him doing?At the end when he completely destroyed my son’s hair he said ” his hair grows to every direction”. What does that mean? Is it my son’s hair fault that be botched the boy’s hair?Today my son had a crises crying because of his messed up hair and was blaming me for ‘forcing him’ to have a hair cut. He was supposed to be looking better, his hair is looking a mess. I regret that I took him to have a hair cut at this place. It was way better before this ridiculous hair cut, but I will never say this to son.I would not mind paying $30-40 for a good service specially for my kid. But having him crying after this person destroyed my son’s hair and self esteem is extremely frustrating and outrageous.Hopefully tomorrow the kids will not make fun of his hair at the school. He is planning to wear a hat to hide the hair.I will not be returning to this place and I do not recommend it neither.I went to this place 3 times. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to this place three times. Tom and Steve give very bad and cheap haircuts for $30. The lady gives better haircuts than them, though it’s still not quite there. However, if you decide to go, request the lady. When Tom cut my hair, he totally disregarded my request and watched TV the whole time, turning me away from the mirror. When I explained he cut my hair not as I requested, he blamed me for not being clear and then demanded a tip. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional. Steve was just totally impatient and annoyed, and he was unable to fulfill my style request (a basic undercut, with a part and faded sides). This place is run by Asians, which isn’t a problem in-and-of-itself, but they groom Asian hairstyles. You will spend $30 for a $15 haircut you could get elsewhere.
