I was looking for a place to workout that was close to my new home. I recently moved back to Long Beach after a 23 year absence. I was thrilled to find that Executive Fitness was within walking distance to my house. It had been a long time since I committed to a serious workout plan, so Casey, Lisa, Jason & David, started me on a program commensurate with my age & fitness level. After only 2 months, my strength and endurance level have greatly improved, and I feel much better overall. If you’re looking for a great place to workout, with great personal training, this is for you. I highly recommend Executive Fitness. I haven’t tried the Spa services yet, but I’m ready for a facial & massage, and I’ll report back with my experience.
