I’ve been getting treatments from Mary Ellen for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and is a retired nurse. She tailors my treatment to my skin color to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation. I’ve been very pleased with my treatments and progress, which is better than any shaving, plucking, waxing, threading, or laser treatments I’ve tried. Electrolysis is not a fast solution, it takes a commitment of time and money, but I feel my investments is in good hands with Mary Ellen.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. This practice does not care about you or your situation. All they care about is how much money they will get out of you. She charged me $125 for an hour which makes her the most expensive electrologist among what we have in Maryland. All other and $110 or less. And guess what! You won’t get a fraction of service that you will get at any other electrologist. Now I understand she is old, took her one hour to prep and get ready for session. Took out hardly 20 hair and left several bruises and cuts. Never going back . Avg electrologist can take out around 600 hair in an hour and she took out less than 50. Do your math. Save your time and money.

I am sharing this review so that other people do no suffer like I have. I have been left pitted and permanently scarred under both eyebrows by the electrolysis performed at Executive Electrolysis. Each time I left, I was pretty swollen, red and had large scabs (not small pinpoints) for well over a week. At first, I thought this was how electrolysis was supposed to be since I had never had done before, but after a consult at another electrolysis technician, it is definitely not. She also told me that pitting (permanent scarring) should not happen at all. The appointments also took much longer than necessary as well, therefore costing me more as well. They invited me in for another consult, but I have no desire to ever go back there again, nor should anyone else.

I definitely recommend if you are in need of electrolysis. There is alot of parking , the office is neat and clean and Mary (my provider) is very knowledgeable and detailed. Services were prompt and discreet. 5 stars!
