Everyone is so friendly and very efficient. Thong does a fantastic job and very meticulous with pedi and gel manicure. This place is a hidden gem in RPB. Bill is a stylist here and does a great job with color and cut.

Critical: QualityI literally just left crying my eyes out.I went in to get my ombré fixed. Was very specific what I wanted and showed pictures. I kept pointing out that it was in for a really long time and that it didn’t look blended. I kept asking if the conditioner was gonna make my hair soft because it felt rough. Well once she was finished I realized she completely fried my hair. My hair is destroyed. It was not blended and does NOT look like an ombré. I am now going to have to completely cut all of my hair off because of how bad the damage is. As a professional, if you started noticing damage then you should have immediately stopped. This is not a little bit of damage. This is extreme and could have been prevented. If she knew it was going to damage my hair she should have said something. I don’t remember her name but I need MANAGEMENT to call me and I want a full refund. Every time I walk in they always have someone ready to take me, lucky me always gets Nancy, she is the sweetest, and really takes pride in her work, she is the BEST at pedicures! She takes her time, usually I only get pedicures when I’m stressed out so by the time I leave Nancy I am 100% relaxed! Love this place!

Horrible nails!!!!! Paid $35 for a “gel dip” manicure and the woman had no idea what she was doing. I had to walk her through how to do it and she couldn’t even get French manicure lines straight. Needed less to say, it’s been 72 hours and my nails are ALL 10 chipped and broken. These types of manicures last me 2-3 weeks. HORRIBLE!!!! I won’t even go to complain because I don’t want them to even attempt to touch my hands to fix them. Will be going to another salon tomorrow to get them redone. So that’s over $70 in one week for nails thanks to this horrible salons screw up!

People keep changing the prices and keep raising the prices and makes it too expensive. One of the ladies there was so rude and moved my hands roughly. They even completely ruined my nail beds and now they can’t grow back properly. Nails don’t last long either.
