Nice Clean office. Friendly staff. After seeing 3 other Doctors for face acne severe, I decided to try a Black doctor for black skin. Dr. Ringo is the first one who deeply explained what I was experiencing and a recovery plan. I am still working towards getting it cured with her guidance, but it’s way better than before. Just follow her advice with caring for it, and follow her office policies. If you need to cancel an appointment, call more than a day before it’s scheduled.

I just wanted to inform anybody who interested in supporting this business. Overall, throughout my experience here was okay, but somethings that disappointment was the policy behind cancelling appointment, I was informed I would be charged a $50 fee due to “late notice” within the 24 hours of the appointment. I understand, when it comes to policies and rules within a businesses. But I wish the best for the business and if anybody looking for African American Dermatologist, please feel free to visit, just remember the policies and guideline.

Dr. Ringo is by far the best dermatologist I’ve ever been treated by, this says a lot considering I’ve seen other dermatologists not just in Cuyahoga County area but also in NY, TX, and FL. Dr. Ringo uses her knowledge, experience and prescriptions to transform your skin into the best skin you can have. Her staff are Wonderful, they’re Friendly and Professional. I have been a loyal client of Dr. Ringo since I was 17 years old (24 now). She is a great dermatologist and has helped my skin like no other. Unfortunately, I refuse to go back due to her unprofessional receptionists. I have been suffering from a bad breakout for 2 months now but tried to avoid Dr. Ringo’s office at all cost because those ladies are always messing up my bill. They tried to over charge me at almost EVERY appointment claiming that I didn’t pay my copay from the previous appointment. How was that possible when they DO NOT allow you book appointments without having your copay, NO EXCUSES. EVERY TIME they found a mistake on THEIR END yet never apologize. They have even turned me away before for not having my copay even though it was an emergency breakout, and Dr. Ringo said I can always come in for an emergency. So I know they were lying every time they tried to tell me I didn’t pay.

Overall, I believe the office and staff to be one of the best and decent places to feel comfortable and cared for in. Here is a facility full of people who actually cares about your skin. I know a lot of medical professionals in the skin department, but only one Dr. Ringo. Dr. Ringo is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining the proper treatment for skin conditions. She is welcoming, as is her staff, especially Tamara and the Medical Assistant’s. I went to see Dr. Ringo for alopecia and she was beyond rude. When I asked for her help on skin care she told me that she only treated one issue at a time and I would have to schedule another appointment in additoin to my follow-up. She then prescribed me several medications that she didnt explain. 4 weeks later the day before my follow up appointment the office called to tell me she had switched practices and didnt leave any information to reach her 2 weeks prior. I WOULD NOT recommend her to ANYONE. Why would u prescribe medications knowing that you would be leaving the practice? Arrogant and Unprofessional.

My daughter has been a eczema patient on and off for a few years. Was pleased until I walked in and was told my bill was almost 300.00 and that I could not be seen until balance was paid. Found out last visit she billed me for acne surgery.We were there for a follow up appointment previously and she said she has acne and said she would call in a prescription ( which I never filled) and she pulled out a tool as she was talking a bout the prescription an popped to pimples . I am use to doctors stating what they will do and it may be an additional charge and give me the option in just doing a produce . Sadly a lot of doctor do sneaky things like this when you have insurance knowing the can get paid by the insurance company and you.

she is not a board certified dermatologist. She did her training in internal medicine and a one-year “fellowship” that is not approved by any national standard. this doctor is actually fraudulently marketing herself as a dermatologist and there is lots of evidence of this on her website and the internet. Please make sure you see an actual dermatologist who went through appropriate years of training than this doctor. She is not versed in treating skin conditions and should not label herself this way. I have been seeing Dr.Ringo for a very long time. When her office on E. 30 I was lost, I had seen several other dermatologist during that time, with no relief. So, when seen her ad in the Neighborhood News I was ecstatic. Dr. Ringo solved my skin problems when no one else could.
