I was Karissa Minner’s client for 1.5 years at Exclusively Hair and she is not accommodating nor considerate of other’s times. I had scheduled a few appointments with her in advance and my last 2 appointments ended up being a total disaster. The reason being, for my initial appointment, she did not treat me for the appropriate service I had originally made the appointment for and had left unsatisfied with the results. With the next appointment I had with her, I was supposed to get highlights from her for a wedding/vacation abroad. She called me 3 days prior to me leaving stating she was canceling my appt. I understood the reasons as to why she was canceling my appt but what upset me the most was that she wasn’t accommodating to me at all and didn’t try to get me in for another time or with somebody else. She told me to call the front desk and there was nobody available. I am no longer seeing Karrisa due to the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Amie has been cutting my hair for years. I drive 45 minutes to get my hair done because honestly, she’s the best. My hair has never looked so amazing. Amie takes the time at the beginning of my appointment to ask what I’d like to do with my hair. Together, we come up with a plan which is perfectly executed every time. I leave the salon looking and feeling wonderful! Recently, Amie and Alyssa (not sure of spelling) did my color for me for the first time. It looks fantastic! I have been a client of Elizabeth S for over twenty years! That is a testament to her knowledge and ability to stay up on the latest techniques and trends but even more importantly, her intelligence, kind heart and warm personality! She would bend over backward for her clients because most, if not all, become her friend!!! She is always on top of her game and more than once I’ve come in and said, I dk, do whatever,” and an hour or so later, my hair looks beautiful!! I trust her completely!! She would receive my highest recommendation but I don’t want her schedule to get any busier!!! I’m selfish!! Haha!!!
