Worse place to do hair! The owner (ollie) has no customer service and does not know how to satisfy her customer and I would NEVER advice anyone to spend money in this establishment!!!

I would not recommend the salon side to anyone. I was was there for 5/6 hours for the owner to do my hair and she should have told me she couldn’t do it. Not only that her customer service skills need a little more assistanc. (I was looking for a pixie cut and I came out with a muffin top on my head.)

This is my second time getting my hair braided with Patricia. She’s quick and very sweet. Patricia doesn’t pull my edges tightly and I let her pick the style for me. The braids lasted one month and probably could have kept them in longer, but I don’t like it when the edges get too messy. She also has an Assistant that braids the ends which allows her to finish more quickly. Patricia does like to talk but she is extremely friendly and professional.
