I walked in well before closing time (walk-ins supposedly welcome) and there was only one person who was getting their service finished up. I had a nail emergency where my real nail was ripping off. I was told very rudely that there would be no time for me. I even offered to let it sit in solution and soak off and to just fix the one nail but the staff was still extremely rude to me and told me there were more customers even though there was no one else in the salon. I even offered not needing my nails painted to help with time. Even after she asked to see the nail and I told her how much pain I was in she was extremely rude and got an attitude with me when I offered time-saving options. Any other salon I’ve ever been in would’ve taken time to fix that. I will never ever be back at this salon.

Have been several times and even though always made appointment had to wait but didn’t complain. Today after calling 4 hours someone finally answered the phone. Made a 3pm appointment with tech I always see. Arrived at 2:55 and sign in. The tech told me that my tech was on vacation and would be back Thursday. Then why was I told 3pm today? The whole family went on vacation! Not a professional way to run a business. I am not against anyone taking a vacation but if your business is a service that depends on loyal customers, you need to rethink how you treat your customers. I won’t go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

So my daughters and their friends spent almost 4 hours in here. There are not have enough qualified people obviously to run an efficient business. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the tattooed girl who seems to have a mouth and doesn’t need to work with public if this is the best she can do. If people were not overbooked and more organized maybe things would go better ladies! I guess living in Nashville we are use to a bit more professionalism and work ethic. Also the nail polishes are not good quality… they are thinner and not the quality that companies listed on the bottles usually produce. Very disappointed…
